Robert Stubbs, ACII
President
After graduating from the University of West London in 1987, Robert returned to Bermuda and began work with the brokerage department of Johnson & Higgins. Upon completing a secondment with Johnson & Higgins in Pittsburgh, he then joined the privately held firm, Triangle Brokerage, in 1992.
After the sale of Triangle Brokerage to JLT Risk Solutions in 2002, Robert, in the position of Vice Chairman, assumed responsibility for the brokerage operation of JLT Risk Solutions (Bermuda) Ltd., building it up to become the largest independent brokerage firm in Bermuda, while continuing to place accounts on a daily basis until his resignation from the company at the end of 2005. He then founded the brokerage firm, Foram Brokerage Ltd. in February of 2006, which he presently continues to run.
For 10 years, Robert served on the Board of the Bermuda Insurance Institute which provides courses and classes for all employees in Bermuda looking to further their education in the insurance industry and is a former member of the ACE Bermuda Advisory Board, which is made up of clients and brokers in order to provide feedback on a regular basis to ACE Bermuda. He was also named one of the ‘2007 Power Brokers’ by Risk and Insurance Magazine.

Stephenie Konyecsni
Executive Vice President
Stephenie has spent all of her professional career in the Bermuda insurance market. After graduating from Oxford Business College in 1991, Stephenie joined Johnson & Higgins in Bermuda as part of their intermediary group.
In 1994, she joined Triangle Brokerage where she was a member of a team placing Casualty and Professional lines business for large, generally US based companies into the Bermuda insurance market, developing significant market knowledge and learning about all industry groups. She also earned her Bermuda Insurance Diploma not long after joining Triangle.
After the sale of Triangle Brokerage to JLT Risk Solutions in 2002, Stephenie continued to concentrate on placing Casualty and Professional Lines insurance in Bermuda, gaining vast experience while leading a team within a large independent brokerage firm in Bermuda. In 2006 Stephenie left JLT to become a partner and EVP of Foram Brokerage, where she continues to handle and maintain a large book of Fortune 1000 business. Her 20 year experience in the Bermuda market includes all facets of Casualty and Professional Liability business, working with all industry groups.

Charmayne Nolan
Technical Officer / Head of Claims
Charmayne has spent all of her career in the insurance market in Bermuda.
Her insurance career began in 1991 when she joined Johnson & Higgins in Bermuda as part of the captive group. In 1999, she joined Aon (Bermuda) Ltd as a Technical Assistant in the Claims Department handling all casualty claims. Charmayne continued to grow in the Insurance Industry transferring to Excess Casualty in 2000 where she was responsible for a number of punitive damages accounts and providing support to Brokers. She then moved on in 2003 to Marsh Global Broking (Bermuda) Ltd. where she was responsible for placing professional punitive damages accounts. In 2006 Charmayne left Marsh to become a casualty Underwriting Assistant at XL Insurance (Bermuda) Ltd. where she gained exposure to underwriting. In addition, she provided administrative support to executive staff.
Charmayne joined Foram Brokerage in 2015 where she provides technical and administration support. Charmayne has over 20 years experience in the Bermuda insurance market.

We operate as a team, so for each account there is senior broker responsible for the daily servicing including placement negotiation and a second member of the team acts as back up. The third member of the team is responsible for any administrative tasks, policy tracking and issuance and claims handling.
