Who is Foram Brokerage?

We are the leading independent insurance brokerage firm specializing in finding solutions in the Bermuda market.

How long have you been in business?

We were formed in February 2006.

Do you have operations outside of Bermuda?

No, our focus and expertise is purely within the Bermuda marketplace. We do however work with many other brokers in other jurisdictions.

What areas of business do you specialize in?

Our primary focus is on Casualty, Energy, Professional Lines, Product Recall, Property, Healthcare and Cyber Liability.

What experience do you have?

Each member of our brokerage team has over 25 years of experience working in the Bermuda Insurance Market. The team members are also all Bermudian by birth.

How do you handle accounts?

We operate as a team, so for each account there is senior broker responsible for the daily servicing including placement negotiation and a second member of the team acts as back up. The third member of the team is responsible for any administrative tasks, policy tracking and issuance and claims handling.

Do you have any experience handling claims?

In our history, we have been responsible for claim payments on multiple lines of business including D&O, EPL, Property and Excess Liability.
